If you are using Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express, and can’t send out email, please change the outgoing port number from 587 to 2525 . Follow the steps below .
Steps to Change Outgoing Port Number for Outlook Express :
1) From your Outlook Express top menus, select Tools > Accounts > to open up the following panel.
2) Select the email account (to be changed) and click on Properties button on the right. The following panel will be shown.
3) Click on the Advanced tab (on the top row). Change the Outgoing mail (smtp) port number to 2525. Hit Apply once and OK to save.
